It also manages Edinburgh City Council's private sector leasing program and offers accredited counseling services that assist clients with a range of benefits, welfare and money-related issues. Brianna was previously employed in consulting and private and corporate client positions before moving to the non-profit sector as director of marketing and communications at Link Housing. Pacific Link Housing manages social housing leases within the Complex while its wholly-owned social business real estate agency Key2 Realty manages the private and affordable market units. The apartments are part of a security fund owned by Pacific Link Housing that has been leveraged with the National Housing Finance and Investment Corporation (NHFIC), providing low-cost debt financing.
